Questions
Before the stamp hits the page.
Still stuck? Call (539) 314-2426 or write [email protected].
Do I sign the document before you arrive?
Some documents must be signed in front of the notary, while others may already be signed. If you've already signed, contact us before scheduling so we can confirm the required notarial procedure.
What do I need to have?
A current government photo ID — driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID — in the same name as the document. Every signer must be present, aware, and willing.
What if someone has no ID?
Call first. Oklahoma allows other satisfactory evidence, including personal knowledge or a credible witness in some cases. We will tell you whether it will work before anyone waits on a visit.
How much does it cost?
Travel and notarization are separate. Tulsa and nearby is $60 travel. Wider Green Country is $110. Each completed notarization is $5, Oklahoma’s ordinary maximum. An official absentee ballot affidavit is not charged the $5 fee, but travel is still the regular zone rate. There is no separate evening fee. Towns that are not listed are quoted before we confirm.
Is an absentee ballot affidavit free?
The notarial act is free. Travel is still charged at the published zone rate. Other documents in the same visit are $5 each.
Do you prepare wills, deeds, or contracts?
No. This is not a law office. We do not draft documents and we do not give legal advice. Bring the finished paperwork.
Where do you travel?
Tulsa and Green Country: Broken Arrow, Owasso, Bixby, Jenks, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Glenpool, Coweta, Catoosa, Claremore, Collinsville, Skiatook, Mannford, and Wagoner, plus any address inside Tulsa County. Outside that list, send a request and we will say plainly if the drive works.
When do you come?
Weeknights and weekends, 4:00–10:00 p.m. Request windows are 4:00–6:00, 6:00–8:00, and 8:00–10:00 p.m. Same-day is not a reserved slot: call, text, or send a request and we will reach out. Daytime is not on the schedule.
Is a request a confirmed appointment?
Not yet. The visit is set when Pirate Notary replies, with the travel fee and $5 for each completed seal written out.
Can you print or scan something?
Yes. Printing is $1.50 a page for the first 10 pages, then $0.75 a page. Scan and email of those printed pages is included, and you keep the copies. Scanning pages we are not printing is $0.20 a page.
