Signings we travel for.
Some documents must be signed in front of the notary, while others may already be signed. If you’ve already signed, contact us before scheduling so we can confirm the procedure. Travel follows the published zones. Each completed notarization is $5, except an official Oklahoma absentee ballot affidavit. We do not draft paperwork, choose the notarial act, or give legal advice.

Real estate & loan signings
Extra time for page-by-page signings at a home, office, or title company. Bring photo ID and the packet from your lender or title company. We do not explain loan terms.

Powers of attorney
Common at a kitchen table or a hospital room. The document should be complete before we arrive. Everyone who must sign has to be present.

Affidavits & sworn statements
We administer the oath and complete the notarial certificate. We do not draft the statement, and we do not tell you what it should say.

Titles & personal paperwork
Bring photo ID that matches the name on the page. If a signature is already on the form, call before you schedule so the procedure can be confirmed.

Hospital & bedside visits
Put the facility, entrance, and room in the request. If the signer may not be alert, or may not have ID, call before you hold a window.

Absentee ballot affidavit
Oklahoma law requires that the notarization of an official absentee ballot affidavit be free. We do not charge the $5 notarial fee. If other documents are notarized in the same visit, those acts are $5 each.
Printing, scanning, and email.
Send the file ahead, or bring it. You keep any pages we print. A scan and email of those same pages is included in the print price.

$1.50 a page
First 10 pages, then $0.75 a page. Twelve pages come to $16.50.
Scan and email
$0.20 a page
Only for pages we are not printing. Five scanned pages come to $1.
